In order to meet the rigorous standards, we actively calculate our emissions (vetted by reputable 3rd parties) from manufacturing to your delivery and offset those emissions 10 times over with certified carbon credits.

As part of our additional, long term initiatives, we plant mangrove forests with one tree per order planted. On average, these forests remove roughly 5000 tons of carbon PER YEAR, the equivalent of 564M smartphones charged, 570,000 gallons of gas or 1800 tons of waste recycled rather than disposed, actually making us carbon negative long-term.

When wheat straw is used to make plastic, it becomes compostable and can decompose in a home or commercial site. As it decomposes at a rate similar to paper, wheat straw plastic leaves behind no toxic material, so the compost can be used for future plant growth.

Some hosts as us why we don't sell singular qualities and the answer is simple.

In order to remain sustainable as well as offer free shipping, we ship in quantities of 10 boxes. If we did the latter, we would have a much larger carbon footprint and prices would be much higher due to shipping costs that we take on.
