How many boxes do I provide per reservation?
One box provides enough bath products for up to four guests. For small bookings, one box per stay will suffice – simply place it in the foyer or another visible location to warmly welcome your guests upon arrival. For large groups or premium bookings, consider providing one box per bathroom.

How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping is complimentary and delivered in the USA within 5-8 business days.
We choose eco-friendly shipping routes and offset the carbon footprint with carbon credits and reforestation projects, certifying us carbon neutral. We do not offer overnight or two day shipping for sustainability reasons.

How is Pampered Guest carbon neutral?
We purchase certified carbon credits that offset our calculated carbon output, certifying us carbon free by ClimeCo . As goodwill, we also plant a mangrove tree with our partner, One Tree Planted, for every order placed.

Giving Back
Amenities for the Homeless
On Christmas '23, we donated over 25,000 Pampered Guest amenities (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, combs, hygiene bags and more) for the homeless at Roof Above Shelter, Charlotte.
Planting Over 500 Mangrove Trees
Apart from being a certified carbon-neutral company by CarbonFund, we give back more by working with OneTreePlanted to plant mangrove trees, which absorb up to five times the carbon of regular trees.
Health Clinics for Impoverished Communities
We recently supported a medical mission trip in Nigeria by donating over 800 dental kits. Communities were educated on dental hygiene and each individual was provided with a dental kit.
