Where do I place the Amenity Box?
Position the amenity box in a visible and welcoming spot such as the foyer, entrance, or bathroom. This ensures your guests are delighted right from the moment they arrive.
How many kits do I use per reservation?
One box provides enough amenities to comfortably start up to four guests off for the first few days. For smaller groups, one box per stay will suffice – simply place it in the foyer or another visible location to warmly welcome your guests upon arrival. For larger groups or premium bookings, consider providing one box for each bathroom to ensure every guest feels thoroughly catered to.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is complimentary and delivered anywhere in the USA within 5-8 business days.
We choose eco-friendly shipping routes and offset the carbon footprint with carbon credits and reforestation projects. We do not offer overnight or two day shipping for sustainability reasons.
Are your products color-safe or MCS friendly?
Our cosmetic products are color-safe and also safe for those with multiple chemical sensitivity.
What's EWG Verified Mean?
The "EWG Verified" mark is a label given to products that meet the Environmental Working Group's (EWG) strict health criteria.
Products that receive the EWG Verified mark have been thoroughly vetted by the organization and are considered to have met the most stringent health standards. The product is free from harmful chemicals, has transparent ingredient lists, and follows good manufacturing practices.
Is the welcome card inside each box customizable?
The welcome card in each amenity box comes with a standard greeting and message intended to enhance your guests' arrival experience. We understand that every host has their unique style and approach to welcoming guests. While the card is not customizable, it is designed to be easily removable should you prefer to use your own greeting or if the message does not align with your hosting style. We encourage hosts to personalize their guests' experiences in the way that suits them best.

Our subscription service is designed with your convenience and satisfaction in mind. When you subscribe, you commit to a 12-month period, during which you benefit from locked-in pricing and complimentary shipping without any fluctuations.
We understand that flexibility is essential, especially with the changing seasons and varying demands. Therefore, we offer the ability to pause your subscription for one month each year at no additional cost, catering to your needs while ensuring uninterrupted service.
Adjustments to your subscription, such as changing the delivery frequency or pausing your service, can be made directly within your account settings. After the end of the final billing cycle, you have the option to cancel your subscription if your needs or circumstances change.
