Came packaged nicely in a box. You put the pump together. Clean ingredients and EWG verified. The natural bergamot scent smells really good. I have super sensitive skin and get contact dermatitis from products with fragrance or toxic ingredients. It works well with my skin and has a nice thick consistency. I ordered this for my bestie, aka my Bride. She is one who does quite a bit of DIY work as well as gardening, in addition to her primary profession. Therefore, she uses a lot of cleansers, which will dry her hands. I noticed that immediately after adding this to the equation, she was using this over her other restorative skin products, which is of course indicates how well this works. It also smells great, evoking clean summer's day. I have also used it, and I find it moisturizes without feeling greasy, which is a balance many lotions are unable to strike.
